Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Students know basic information about the establishment, operation and management of industrial enterprises in the Slovak Republic and the European Union. Information about management and economy of operation and management of enterprises, the foundations of market economics, microeconomics and macroeconomics.
Prerequisites for registration:

Course contents:
Basic conditions of formation of industrial enterprises.
Personnel management, logistics, controlling, marketing, management of industrial enterprises.
Support programs for industrial enterprises.
Importance of industrial enterprises to the national economy, employment, share of GDP, flexibility, operability industrial enterprises.
Definition of SMEs /SME/.
Legal forms of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Mechanism to help small and medium-sized enterprises.
Basis of market economies.
Microeconomics.
Macroeconomics.
