- Provide students with an overview of the financial market, its components and explain the basic concepts of corporate finance, corporate financing. The course provides knowledge of the capital and money markets, the principles of its functioning as well as an overview of securities and trading them. Lets get a basic understanding of financial management enterprise management conditions specified in the legislation, the payments to financial institutions and other businesses.

Management of corporate finance.
International financial market.
