Ciele projektu:

Hlavným cieľom projektu je navrhnúť metódy a postupy optimálneho riadenia a optimalizácie kľúčových technologických uzlov v chemických a biochemických technológiách. Použité budú metódy on-line a off-line optimalizácie založené na hybridných modeloch. Ciele projektu sú nasledovné:

  • analýza a návrh hybridných matematických modelov pre opis procesov chemického a potravinárskeho priemyslu, rozšírenie implementácie modelovacieho jazyka HYSDEL,
  • optimálne prediktívne riadenie hybridných systémov pomocou explicitného prístupu: otázky adaptívneho riadenia a riadenia procesov s neurčitosťami,
  • návrh spôsobov znižovania zložitosti parametrických riešení optimalizačných problémov,
  • rozvoj softvérového balíka MPT pre návrh optimálnych regulátorov pomocou parametrického programovania, robustného riadenia a odhadu stavových veličín,
  • rozvoj balíkov dynamickej optimalizácie o metódy nelineárneho programovania umožňujúce riešiť problémy veľkej zložitosti,
  • robustná stabilizácia a robustné riadenie chemických a biochemických procesov so špeciálnym zameraním na problematiku chemických reaktorov a biochemických reaktorov.

Anotácia:

Vedecký projekt sa zameriava na výskum a vývoj v oblasti tvorby moderných metód optimálneho riadenia a optimalizácie so zameraním sa na procesy typické v chemických a biochemických technológiách ako napríklad chemické reaktory, destilačné kolóny, čistiarne odpadových vôd a iné. Jadro projektu tvorí rozpracovanie metód hybridných systémov, dynamickej a globálnej optimalizácie, prediktívneho riadenia, ako aj návrh viacstupňového riadenia, pričom sa bude prihliadať na výpočtovú efektívnosť a realizovateľnosť v priemysle. Navrhnuté algoritmy riadenia, regulátory a riadiace štruktúry budú testované simulačne a v laboratórnych podmienkach.

Vyhodnotenie projektu: Projekt bol v roku 2011 úspešne ukončený a dosiahol vynikajúce vysledky (oficiálne hodnotenie grantovej agentúry)
