Abstrakt

Vedecký projekt sa zameriava na výskum a vývoj v oblasti metód optimálneho riadenia so zameraním sa na nelineárne procesy typické v chemických a biochemických technológiách ako napríklad separácie, chemické reaktory, čistiarne odpadových vôd a iné. Jadrom projektu je návrh pokročilých metód a algoritmov riadenia, ktoré budú efektívnejšie ako súčasné v zmysle pamäťovej a výpočtovej náročnosti, a teda lepšie nasaditeľné v priemysle. Optimálne riadenie bude zahŕňať dynamickú optimalizáciu ako nástroj kvalitatívnej analýzy na vyššej úrovni generujúce optimálne trajektórie slúžiace ako cieľ.  Na nižšej úrovni budeme využívať suboptimálne prediktívne a robustné riadenie vychádzajúce z analýz dynamickej optimalizácie a budeme skúmať mieru suboptimálnosti týchto prístupov. Dôraz bude tiež kladený na softvérovú implementáciu navrhnutých riešení, ich sprístupnenie širokej odbornej verejnosti ako aj ich overenie v laboratórnych podmienkach.

Ciele

Hlavným cieľom projektu je návrh pokročilých metód a algoritmov procesného riadenia, ktoré budú efektívnejšie ako súčasné v zmysle pamäťovej a výpočtovej náročnosti, a teda lepšie použiteľné v priemysle. Optimálne riadenie bude zahŕňať dynamickú optimalizáciu ako nástroj kvalitatívnej analýzy na vyššej úrovni, prediktívne a robustné riadenie na nižšej úrovni. Dôraz bude tiež kladený na softvérovú implementáciu navrhnutých riešení.

Ciele prvej etapy riešenia, rok 2012-2013: Analýza a návrh riešenia

  • Analýza a návrh matematických modelov pre opis procesov chemického priemyslu
  • Vývoj metodiky pre syntézu univerzálnych explicitných regulátorov
  • Návrh ďalšieho vývoja softvérového balíka MPT
  • Návrh rozhrania balíka MPT pre možnosť exportu optimálnych regulátorov priamo do priemyselných riadiacich systémov vo forme počítačového kódu
  • Analýza optimálnosti riadenia separačných a polymerizačných procesov

Ciele druhej etapy riešenia, roky 2013-2014: Vývoj metód

  • Robustné prediktívne riadenie procesov
  • Vylepšenie algoritmov pre spracovanie vyhľadávacích tabuliek explicitného MPC
  • Znižovanie počtu regiónov explicitného prediktívneho riadenia
  • Vývoj metód pre syntézu univerzálnych regulátorov laditeľných za behu
  • Návrh efektívnej implementácie pre automaty s obmedzenými zdrojmi či už na výkon procesora alebo na pamäť
  • Návrh globálnych metód optimalizácie procesov

  • Analýza suboptimality optimálneho riadenia na nižšej úrovni
  • Implementácia nových metód efektívneho optimálneho riadenia v reálnom čase s akcentom na znižovanie pamäťovej a výpočtovej náročnosti
  • Vývoj dedikovaného softvérového produktu pre syntézu, analýzu a implementáciu prediktívneho riadenia pre chemickotechnologické procesy
