Objectives, project description, background, proposed research
Scientific project focuses on development of modern control and optimisation methods
of processes typical in chemical and food industries as chemical reactors,
distillation columns, waste-water treatment plants, etc.
The mail aim of the project is to develop new methods in dynamic and
global optimisation, predictive control, and supervisory
control. Proposed algorithms, controllers, and control structures will
be tested in simulations and on laboratory processes.
The project also serves as a international support of VEGA projects
studied at the department.
