Cieľom diplomovej práce je modelovanie a návrh diskrétneho riadenia modelu PCT40. Laboratórne zariadenie PCT40 poskytuje možnosť riadenia rôznych procesov, z ktorých predmetom tejto práce je riadenie výšky hladiny v zásobníku kvapaliny. Prvou úlohou práce je vykonať kalibráciu snímačov a akčných členov zariadenia a identifikovať model zásobníka v tvare prenosovej funkcie. Ďalšou úlohou je návrh diskrétneho riadenia systému na základe identifikovaných modelov. Na riadenie výšky hladiny kvapaliny sú navrhnuté diskrétne regulátory s integračnou činnosťou metódou predpísania pólov a optimálny regulátor. Riadenie zariadenia sa realizuje v Simulinku programu Matlab.
The aim of the diploma thesis is the modeling and design of discrete control of the PCT40 equipment. Laboratory equipment PCT40 provides the possibility to control different processes, of which the subject of this work is level control in the liquid tank. The first task of the work is to calibrate the sensors and actuators of the equipment and to identify the model of the tank as a transfer function. The next task is to design discrete control of the system based upon the identified models. For the level control, discrete controllers with integral element are designed by pole placement and optimal controllers are also designed. The equipment control is made in the Simulink enviroment of the program Matlab.
