Assesment methods:

Students take the test input and output in the number of points 30. A student must achieve at least 20 points. Graduate student to test and oral test worth 70 points. Evaluation shall be made as follows success: A-75 points, E-56 points.

Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Provide students with an overview of the financial market, its components and explain the basic concepts of corporate finance, corporate financing. The course provides knowledge of the capital and money markets, the principles of its functioning as well as an overview of securities and trading them. Lets get a basic understanding of financial management enterprise management conditions specified in the legislation, the payments to financial institutions and other businesses.

Money market, money market securities.
Capital market, capital market securities.
Stock Exchange and its operations.
Intermediaries in the financial market.
Banking systems in Slovak republic.
Credit sources.
How to Invest - return, risk, insurance.
Environmental and security risks.
The importance of money and finance company.
Management of corporate finance.
International financial market.
Offshore centers and their importance to the functioning of the financial market.
