Abstrakt

Hlavným cieľom projektu je návrh efektívnych a pokročilých metód procesného riadenia a štúdium optimálnej operácie procesov, v rámci ktorých sa zameriame najmä na procesy s prestupom látky a tepla. Tieto inherentne zložité procesy vykazujú veľkú mieru nelinearít či hybridné správanie spôsobujúce problémy s ich riadením. Optimálne riadenie bude zahŕňať dynamickú optimalizáciu v spojitej a diskrétnej oblasti ako nástroj kvalitatívnej analýzy na vyššej úrovni a tiež syntézy na nižšej úrovni, kedy opakovaným aplikovaním dynamickej optimalizácie získame algoritmy prediktívneho riadenia. Výsledkom budú režimy optimálnej operácie a regulátory optimalizujúce procesy a väčšie celky z nich zložené. Dôraz bude tiež kladený na softvérovú implementáciu navrhnutých riešení, ich sprístupnenie širokej odbornej verejnosti ako aj ich overenie v laboratórnych podmienkach.

Ciele
Cieľom navrhovaného projektu je skúmať a navrhovať nové postupy v oblasti automatizácie a riadenia v procesnom priemysle tak, aby zvyšovali ziskovosť, bezpečnosť a konkurencieschopnosť. Zameriame sa na štúdium procesov, ktoré sú prevádzkované v neustálenom stave. Ich riadenie je v princípe príkladom optimálnej prevádzky, a to na viacerých úrovniach. V projekte sa budeme zaoberať vertikálnou integráciou medzi vyššou a nižšou riadiacou vrstvou, bezpečnosťou komunikácie medzi vrstvami, znižovaním zložitosti a zvyšovaním inteligencie na základnej vrstve.

  • Analýza a návrh matematických modelov pre opis procesov chemického priemyslu
  • Analýza optimálnosti riadenia separačných procesov
  • Možnosti redukcie zložitosti MPC
  • Analýza metód na detekciu útokov na riadiacu architektúru a členov na kompenzáciu takýchto útokov
  • Rozšírenie rozhrania balíka MPT pre možnosť exportu optimálnych regulátorov pre vnorené zariadenia (PLC, FPGA)

  • Robustné prediktívne riadenie procesov založené na Ljapunovových funkciách
  • Znižovanie počtu regiónov explicitného MPC
  • Rozširovanie explicitného MPC pre systémy s väčším počtom stavov
  • Vývoj metód ochrany MPC regulátorov pred útokmi na sieťovú architektúru spájajúcu regulátor so senzormi/akčnými členmi
  • Vývoj metód optimálneho riadenia separačných procesov
