TRANSFER FUNCTION AND WEIGHTING FUNCTION FOR VIBRATORY MIXER BASED ON TDTPD

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present the experimental investigations of the time distribution of thermal transient process for a cylindrical liquid vessel that is mixed using a reciprocating agitator. In the present investigations, the transient process as the changes of temperature in the time was measured. The time duration of process (TDP) is the main value describing the shape of the transient response curve. The transient processes have been realized for dimensionless modules and varied in the range from 0 to 1 and from -1 to 1, respectively. By means of the values of TDP may be created the TDTPD (time distribution of transient process duration) patterns.
